The Biden administration is secretly flying underage migrants into suburban areas of New York and other states, according to a new report posted by the New York Post.
Dozens of young migrants have arrived via charter flights from Texas, a practice which started in August, a source toldĀ the New York Post.
Two planes were seen last week landing at the Westchester County Airport, with most passengers appearing to be children, teenagers, and some apparent migrants in their 20s.
Some of the passengers were later seen with sponsors or relatives in New JerseyĀ or as they were taken to a residential facility on Long Island.
Nearly 2,000 migrants that crossed the U.S. border from Mexico have arrived outside White Plains on 21 flights since Aug. 8, according to an analysis of online flight-tracking information from the outlet.
Additional records indicate some of the planes landed between midnight and 6:30 a.m., with two reportedly arriving from Houston at 2:13 a.m. and 4:29 a.m. on Aug. 20, despite a voluntary curfew during that window.
Republican New York Rep. Elise Stefanik condemned the discreet protocol Tuesday morning, tweeting, “Joe Bidenās border crisis is out of control! He is now shipping his problem to New York.”

Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi, whose district includes parts of Long Island and Queens, said he was āvery angry and frustrated that I wasnāt advised ahead of time.ā
āYāknow, I first learned about it from The Post!ā he said.
āIāve been talking to the administration for six months. I said, āI want you to tell us, how many kids are coming to our area? What schools they are going to?ā And they havenāt given us detailed information yet.ā
Suozzi also read from a Tuesday letter to President Biden, saying, āAs of June 2021, the Office of Refugee Resettlement has reported 2,494 unaccompanied minors have been relocated to Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties.ā
During her daily news conference, White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked why three planes were spotted by The Post landing after dark last week in Westchester County, New York, and Jacksonville, Florida.
Psaki disputed the notion that the flights were taking place āin the middle of the night.ā
āWe are talking about early flights. Earlier than you might like to take a flight,ā she countered to Fox News reporter Peter Doocy, who had asked the question.
Psaki then launched into the administrationās talking points, repeating earlier assertions that officials have a ālegal responsibility to safely care for unaccompanied children until they ⦠can be swiftly unified with a parent or a vetted sponsor.ā
