It is reported scantily in Philippines media of the rape and murder of 15-year-old Fabel Pineda. According to one report (computer translated), the teen from Brgy. Daclapan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur in the northern Philippines was killed by dual assassins while riding with relatives on a motorcycle.
Cabugao Police Station P/Captain Ramil Llarenas said that riding-in-tandem assassins shot Pineda around 6:30 in the evening. The victim was rushed to a private hospital but she eventually died after sustaining multiple gunshots in different parts of her body.
Llarenas said the killers targeted the girl because she had filed a molestation case against a person she did not identify earlier while they were conducting a follow-up operation.
The Facebook page, I Do Not Consent posted the following:
“Fabel Pineda was raped by two policemen from San Juan, Ilocos Sur. She filed her case in a police station at the nearby town of Cabugao. She asked for escort to go home from the Cabugao police but they refused. She was gunned down later.”
“She filed a rape case against two police men. On the way home from the station, she got gunned down and shot several times…
She’s only 15 years old.”
