The personal-finance website WalletHub today ranked all 50 US states and the District of Columbia for COVID-19 restrictions using 14 key metrics and the state of Florida was ranked as the 5th state with the fewest restrictions.
The metrics range from a requirement to wear a face mask in public to large gatherings restrictions to reopening of restaurants and bars to strictness of “Shelter in Place” order and 10 others.
Oklahoma ranked #1 concerning the least restrictions, followed by South Dakota, Iowa, Arkansas and Florida rounding out the top 5.
California is the most restrictive state ranking 51 on the list.
