Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz to hire 40 people in St Pete, Job Fair set for July 22

The team at Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz, the grilled-cheese themed restaurant operated by Celebrity Chef Robert Hesse and restaurateur Chef Craig Munroe announced Thursday that they’re scheduled to host a job fair at their newest location in downtown St. Petersburg next week.

The event is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 22 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the newest Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz, located at 111 3rd Street North, St. Petersburg and they are planning to hire approximately 40 new team members.

The positions available include servers, cashiers, line cooks, food runners and prep cooks. New team members will receive hourly pay plus a share of money from the tip pool.

All interested applicants are asked to bring a resume and be prepared to interview on the spot.

“This is a rare opportunity to join a growing company and learn from some of the best chefs in the business. If someone is looking to have fun at work, in a fast-paced environment then they should join us as we serve edible graffiti and change the world between slices of bread,” said Munroe, cofounder of Fo’Cheezy Twisted Meltz.

In addition to the original food truck, this will be the second brick and mortar Fo’Cheezy location in the Tampa Bay area.

The original location is located at 6305 Gulf Blvd. St. Pete Beach FL, 33706 and is open 7-days-a-week, Thursday-Sunday, from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m., Friday-Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m.

Fo’Cheezy is the first of many planned concepts for Hesse and Munroe under the Melt Mob brand, which has two additional partners.

Since opening the first physical location in August, lines out the door have become a common sight as the restaurant has become a hot spot amongst locals and guests from across the country, earning 4.8 stars on Google Reviews from nearly 800 reviewers and nearly 8,000 likes on Facebook alone.
