Last month on October 22, 2019, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic call at the home of Sonny Gyger. Prior to arrival at Gyger’s home, deputies were made aware that child porn existed on his computer. Gyger had already left his residence by the time deputies arrived.
HCSO later arrested Gyger, 38, on November 12, 2019, after the Internet Predator Unit conducted a court authorized search warrant which found dozens of files of child pornography on his computer’s hard drive. Gyger was charged with 87 counts of possession of child pornography (10 or more images). At this time, detectives do not believe Gyger knew his victims.
Gyger’s bond has been set at $174,000.00.
Some of his victims were his relatives. That’s a fact. Justice was not served this man deserves to still be in jail.
