Teal Henderson joins B+E, the first brokerage and technology platform for net lease real estate, as a Senior Director in the Tampa office.

“So many athletes fall on financial hardships shortly after leaving their sport,” said Teal. “I work closely with athletes to provide the financial education and access to Triple Net Lease investments that lead to generational wealth. This type of real estate investment allows athletes to have passive ownership while gradually expanding their commercial real estate experience and broadening their portfolios over time.”
Teal attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas on a full four-year tennis scholarship and was named a Big West Scholar Athlete. Her husband, Arlo Henderson, was a Running Backs Coach for the St. Louis Rams.
Prior to joining B+E, she was the President of 3 Properties, a net lease brokerage firm. She was previously a broker at Calkain Companies and Grimaldi Commercial Realty, in addition to co-owning 2 mortgage brokerages. She is also a certified paralegal. Teal is the CEO and co-founder of Bones Investment Group, LLC.
