2-year-old Zachary Ustaszewski killed when Brandon Concepcion backed over infant while in stroller

A toddler struck while riding in a stroller at a Gibsonton mobile home park has died, according to Tampa General Hospital.
A pick-up truck driver, Brandon Concepcion, 28, accidently drove over Zachary Ustaszewski, 2, on Sunday in Sandy’s Mobil Home Park, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. Concepcion is also the boy’s grandfather.
He and Randy Lear were backing out of the driveway, did not see the 2-year-old in a stroller behind the truck and run over the boy.

A neighbor who witnessed the crash, ran up to the truck and began banging on the truck’s window, pleading for Brandon to stop the truck. The neighbors assisted by moving the injured boy to a grassy area in front of the house.

Paramedics reported Zachary suffered severe head trauma. He was flown to Tampa General.
The child’s family says he was an organ donor, according to the hospital.
