Apollo Beach murder suicide: Miroslaw Rosa shot and killed his wife, Beata Rosa, then himself after argument

Hillsborough County Deputies say a  husband and wife are dead in Apollo Beach after an argument lead to a murder-suicide.

Police identified the couple, explaining that Miroslaw Rosa shot and killed his wife, Beata Rosa and then shot and killed himself.

Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 1000 block of Spindle Palm Way in Apollo Beach just after 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoon for a report of a shooting.

When the officers arrived, deputies found the bodies of 60-year-old Miroslaw Rosa and his wife, Beata Rosa, 47. The couple was pronounced dead at the scene. Their two daughters were in the home at the time, but were not injured.

A neighbor, identified as Deborah Russell, spoke to Tampabay.com, stating that the couple was from Poland and had two daughters.

“She was very nice,” Russell said of Beata Rosa. “She was always outside gardening.”

A co-worker posted to Facebook, calling for prayer: “I am asking for prayer

“Please pray for me,my co-workers and Beata Rosa’ s kids. I’m beyond shocked and very overwhelmed. Friday 2 girls lost both parents and we lost our ‘Lola’. I really can’t stop tearing up about it.
