The Florida Department of Health (DOH) has reported 47 positive COVID-19 cases to date in Hillsborough County, Florida.
45 of the cases were in Florida residents, while two were non-Florida residents.
Statewide, health officials have reported 763 total Florida cases– 706 positive cases in Florida residents and 57 positive cases in non-Florida residents.
12 deaths have been reported in the state–Broward (3), Duval (2), Orange (2), Lee (2), and one each in Clay, Manatee and Santa Rosa counties.
Elsewhere in the Tampa Bay area cases are reported in Pinellas County (29), Manatee (13), Polk (10) and Pasco (8).
