Florida COVID-19 tally tops 400, Death reported in Duval County

The Florida Department of Health reported this evening that the coronavirus disease 2019, or COVID-19 case tally in the state has risen to 432.

This is up by 42 cases since the last update. There are currently 393 positive cases in Florida residents and 39 positive cases in non-Florida residents.

Health officials also reported on the 9th fatality due to COVID-19 in Duval County who had previously tested positive for COVID-19.

Miami-Dade and Broward counties have reported the most cases to date with 101 and 96, respectively.

In the Bay area, 20 cases have been reported in Hillsborough County, 16 in Pinellas County and nine in Manatee County.

In addition, in a briefing at the drive-through testing site in Broward County, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the following:
