Joy Behar’s big concern about the war in Ukraine: Her Italy vacation

The women of ‘The View” frequently say the most tone-deaf statements and make the dumbest arguments and panelist Joy Behar kept up the pattern on Thursday.

While discussing the Ukrainian war and the humanitarian crisis in a roundtable format, Behar had somewhat different, more personal concerns–her trip to Italy.

Following co-host’s Sonny Hostin’s comment, “Estimates are 50,000 Ukrainians will be dead or wounded and this is going to start a refugee crisis in Europe. We’re talking about 5 million people that are going to be displaced. It’s heartbreaking to hear what is going to happen”, Behar chimed in as follows:

“You know, you plan a trip. You want to go there. I wanted to go to Italy for four years and I haven’t been able to make it because of the pandemic,” she said.

“And now this. It’s like, ‘What’s gonna happen there?’”

Nice job, Joy.
