Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor, which is set to open its doors to guests this October, has issued an open call for local Florida talent to showcase their skills at the highly-anticipated resort and the opportunity to become part of a live entertainment lineup. Online submissions are due by Friday, June 30th and in-person auditions will take place in August by invitation only.
Sunseeker Resort’s “Seeking Stars” talent search is looking for professional musicians, including full bands, solo singers, duos and open format DJs across all genres (Classic Rock, Trop/Yacht Rock, Country, Pop/Contemporary, Latin, Jazz, Reggae, etc.). Specialty performers, such as acrobatics, stilt walkers, jugglers, magicians, fire performers, and more are also encouraged to submit entries to become a part of the Sunseeker’s future special event celebrations and holiday programming. Selected performers will have the opportunity to entertain hotel guests and locals to the area throughout Sunseeker’s seven stand-alone restaurants, eleven bars and lounges, two poolside offerings and various locations throughout the resort.
The resort is partnering with leading entertainment consulting firm, EntertainmentResource for the open casting call. All video submissions should be no longer than five minutes and DJ submissions should include EPK’s with a short 30-minute open format family friend mix.
