Missing teen, Bryana Lemaire found and Alica Fussell murder suspect Antwoine Noland arrested

Tampa Police say a missing runaway, Bryana Lemaire, has been found safe Wednesday morning and that Antwoine Noland, the “dangerous suspect” connected to the murder of Alica Fussell is in custody.

Lemaire, 17, has been missing since July 17, reported missing by her family on July 22.

Late yesterday, police announced that Bryana was believed to be with Noland, the leading suspect in Fussell’s shooting death and wanted on several other outstanding warrants: aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and felony battery.

“Family members are concerned about Lemaire’s safety. Noland is considered armed and dangerous,” police said at the time.

“It’s really worrisome. I’ve had a lot of anxiety about it lately,” said Bryant Siegfried, Bryana’s older brother, adding he’s not exactly sure how his sister met Noland.

“I guess she just fell in with the wrong people and eventually ended up running into this dude somehow.”

Fussell, 43, was shot and killed outside of City Liquors on Nebraska Ave. She was set to testify against Noland on the aforementioned charges. Noland, 43, didn’t appear in court and witnesses claim he confronted the woman and opened fire. Police only listed him as a person of interest, wanting to ask questions.

“Obviously he’s not coming forward so we’re a little concerned about what he might do next,” said Tampa Police Spokesperson Steve Hegarty.

The teen girl went missing around the time of shooting and the family connected dots, increasing their fears.

“I’m worried about whether or not she’s going to end up being next if she decides she wants out and wants to leave,” Siegfried said

Noland is currently wanted for failing to appear in court for a different case, but he’s been arrested 10 other times. His charges include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed firearm.
